Outlined below are the three basic elements of our Service. However, we maintain a flexible attitude, and we are generally able to adapt our Service to meet our client's individual circumstances and needs, for example by providing a part only Service, or occasionally by taking on additional tasks and duties. 

Fully Managed

• £100 set-up fee and then just
• 8% of the monthly rental income
 
Letting Only

Properties valued up to £749pcm
• £250 all inclusive fee with no VAT

Properties valued £750pcm or more
• £300 all inclusive fee with no VAT

 
Letting & Rental Collection

• £200 set-up fee, then just £15pcm
